Editor plugin (editor.swf)

• the editor plugin helps to edit the xml and test the settings of a pano online
• add / edit / remove lensflares
• add / edit / remove polygonal hotspots
• NOTE - it's imported that the version of krpano and the version of the editor plugin are the same!
