[Resolved] krpano 1.0.8.15 (build 2012-08-10) in Windows 7 with FireFox 19.0.2

    I am having issues viewing my panorama using FireFox. HTML5 is set to 'auto'. With FF 19.0.2 in Windows XP, the Flash version is loaded and everything works okay. Under Windows 7, the HTML5 version is loaded the panorama does not work properly. Please see attached image. Performance is choppy and the images are not smoothed together.

    RESOLVED: Client updated their version of Flash player. (I know, silly!)

    Hi,

    what you see is the buggy software CSS-3D rendering from Firefox.
    That means Firefox is not able to use your graphics card for drawing the html/css layers.

    Solutions could be:

    1. update your graphic-card drivers
    2. try to force Firefox to the gpu via some 'about:config' setting
    3. try krpano 1.16 - that new version should be able to detect this case (and avoids using CSS-3D in this case) and it supports WebGL as alternative (and preferred) rendering method.
