Is it possible to sound controls, within the panorama, to advance your playing?

I want to include sound in my panoramas, synchronized with what is displayed, but it is difficult to achieve by influencing Internet access for the user.
A solution would be to put a slider bar, to go to different parts of the recording.
Is there any way to do this? Example?
Could be HTML5 support for running on iPad?
