Hi ,
Erase all the code about <!-- the preview and pano image --> from your 1.xml (this file must refers to your thumbs only) !!!!
Place the preview and pano image inside your krpano.xml
Also, add the following ligne inside your 1.xml:
See here for more "explanation" about <ThumbOffsetY> : Scrolling Thumbnails
SAlut.
-
Also, add the following ligne inside your 1.xml:
Hello, thumbnails are visible with and without this code <ThumbOffsetY>230</ThumbOffsetY>
thank you very much
-
I made a skin / template for this plug-in...
Have a look at Beautiful Scrolling Thumbs Template in this forum...
Hope this helps somehow,

Hi.
I've been using this plugin with great success on my servers, until now.
I just uploaded my site to my client's webserver and now this plugin won't scroll. The first 7 thumbs just sit there. I can't, for the life of me figure it out.
Would the fact that my client's webserver is an IIS server make any difference? This is the only difference I can figure.I'll buy several beers for whoever helps me get this working!
Here are the specs:

Ha! what a bonehead! I just figured out my own problem. You guessed it: bad links to the thumbnails. I think I'll go buy myself "several beers".
-
hi,
you can disable the change of color to the first thumb? or add a parameter to select the initial thumb ..
-
Thanks to Shanti for the original script.
I did because i needed a change,
1) Selected to highlight thumb with XML data, because the tour does not always begin with the first image.
parameter: <NumSelThumb> 1 </ NumSelThumb>
where 1 equals the number of thumb, starting from 0.2) Eliminate size effect.
I do not know how to center ... are not experts in AS3 .. help would be appreciated ;)
Modified script with 4 thumbs, start from 2 (1) visible on http://www.tour360.eu/panoramiche/santamaria/
Best regards..

Hello Asperix
I like very much your hide thumbnails on this pano on the top.
Easy to do with krpano? -
Hi,
I do have an Inquiery about technical issue.
I m facing of The FONTS of some titles have a slight shadow effect.
How can i get rid of it?
It is a visual distracting effect.
Many Thks -
I have an issue with the as3Thumbsforkrpano plugin,
This works exactly like it should:
http://virtualafrica.co.za/virtual_tours/…ml/giga_nav.xmlThis whites out the first thumbnail no matter which one i put first:
http://virtualafrica.co.za/cms/krpano/plu…ml/giga_nav.xmlThe xml being called by both are exactly the same and the as3Thumbsforkrpano.swf files are also exactly the same, but the second url is giving me problems and i don't know why.
If i set the InitialAlpha to 1 the first image goes white while the other behave as expected. I've puzzled you that it goes white because of the overColor setting, but if i omit the overColor it still happens.
I have to get the second one working, please help.

Hallo,
Vielen Dank

I am trying to use scrolling thumbnails. after an absence from krpano I have forgotten everything
nothing shows up.
I assume <panoToLoadXml>thumbaction</panoToLoadXml> happens if the thumbnail is clicked but how is it called exactly ?
can someone put a little zip somewhere with everything that is needed so it works, so I can follow how it works ?/
[EDIT] oh hang on I just saw all the xml above . I'll go through that.cheers
mick
ps non of my previous links will work, I moved stuff to mickiwiki.com -
hi,
what is the expression for the transparency of the thumbnail after it has been clicked ?
[EDIT]
further to that is rev7 the last one because I prefered the earlier behaviour of the thumbnail. I do not like the cyan overlay that appears when the thumbnail is clicked, neutral would be better. Is it possible to change that in the .xml
[edit] ok found the overlay colorcheers
ps I got married in peurto vallarta

Wilsan -
anyone noticed this plugin being really slow going scrolling from right to left but fast left to right ?
mick -
I'm having a lot of trouble getting the bar in the bottom left hand corner. topleft is no problem but the thumbar is always high in the screen. I read about ThumbOffsetY but it is not making any difference.[edit] hmmm I had a value also in the gallery.xml so it is ok
