I have been creating a tour for our local CAF Museum. The building it is in is nothing to be proud of, but the amount of authentic wartime memorabilia is. I have been here at least 6-8 times. Each and every time I go I learn new and interesting things from the tour guides. The guides are actual retired WW2 veterans. There is ALOT more to add. There will dozens of video clips of the Vets describing certains items in the tour. For now all I have are the text and photos complete. Each scene has its own interactive pieces. Only a few of them have nothing. So far I have 4 photo galleries with great shots of wartime disasters. Also threw together "a day in the life of" montage. Still need to fine tune the interface it is nowhere near complete. What do you think so far?

Fantastic museum. Salute to the Screaming Eagles !
A few comments:
- What is the big gray panel in the bottom left ? I can't see why it takes up so much room, or what it's about
- I didn't notice the floorplan at first. I think this needs to be much more obvious
- The graphics seem to be very jagged. Not aliased perhaps ?
- My mousewheel won;t activate zoom in / zoom out, yet for other panos it works fine ?!I'm really looking forward to the finished tour

the big grey panel is the control panel. can you not see the icons? what brouser are your using maybe i have some codign issues. the control panel has the display settings and invokes the photo galleries and Tickerhoof Day montage.
I agree about the floorplan i will make that more visible.
thanks for your comments.

How did you manage to create a seperate space for that control panel without overlapping the panorama?

1.0.9 has a new area feature. first action is run onstart and sets the area for the pano images. i called it test cause i was testing :) second is the code for the grey box. all the plugins inside are set with parent="controls" i use % instead of pixels so it scales correctly on different monitors.
<action name="test">
set(area.x, 40%);
set(area.y, 5%);
set(area.width, 55%);
set(area.height, 90%);
action(texton,data:start));
</action>
<plugin name="controls" url="controls.png" handcursor="false"
align="topleft" edge="topleft"
x="5%"
y="65%"
alpha="1"
zorder="10"
onhover=""
onout=""
height="30%"
width="35%"
parent="stage"
keep="true"/>
