possible bug in the editor plugin

Hi Klaus!
When using hotspots interface of the editor plugin, there seems to be a bug. The automatic hotspot naming hs0,hs1,... fails to work correctly in the situation when e.g. hs2 is deleted and you already have hs3 and hs4. Instead of creating new plugins it activates already existing one, because the overall quantity has decreased, and the new name is generated just the same as the previous one.
