Hi guys!
Most of my panoramas are around 1600x8000 pixels in size.
I always use the multiresolution droplet with the follwoing settings:
# multiresolution settings
multires=true
tilesize=1024
levels=auto
levelstep=2
maxsize=auto
maxcubesize=auto
leveldownload=auto
This gives me around 240-300 files per panorama.
Since I shoot quite a lot panoramas there are already over 350.000 krpano tiles on my server.
As they get more and more every week backups and file administration take more and more time.
Is there any way to reduce the filecount?
I know there are browser restrictions and probably also RAM restriction that limit the tilesize in the viewer.
But after the years, did those limits change? Can the browsers bear bigger images now?
Would be happy to know new settings to get good results in the viewer but less files on my server.
Thanks!
EDIT: Verdammt, ist ja Deutsch hier. Sorry!
