Hello everybody! I am learning program Panotur. Faced with this situation, I need to be opened on 1-click picture and if you double-click the Web site if such a thing is possible in the program. 
With theirs forums sent to you can help solve this situation

You could make a javascript action that opens an URL and link that to the dblclick event.
Something perhaps like this ? :

Thank you Piotr. That was simple enough,
The delayedcall of 0.2 s just resets the clicks counter so 0.2 is the max delay between two clicks to be seen as double click.
