DON'T preload videos

Hi,
is it possible NOT to preload videos (Flash)? I set pausedonstart="true" but it does load the complete video. Is there a possibility to only start loading the video when play is clicked?

The Flash player downloads the video with full speed from my server. If there are just some users opening my website, my server's bandwidth will be overloaded. Can I limit this somehow?
