Zoom in the direction of the mouse pointer (like gigapan)

I d'like to know if there is a plugin that makes zomming in the direction of the mouse pointer when you clic or moove the mouse wheel ? Just like in gigapan.com
I've tried to look at the gigapan's code, but it dosen't seem so easy (for my level) to transpose.

Hi,

there is no plugin necessary - for mouse-wheel zooming toward the mouse cursor just enable the 'zoomtocursor' setting:

E.g. in this example that setting is enabled:
https://krpano.com/panos/tokyo45gp/

or here some sample code for zooming and moving toward a double-click location:
double-click to "move to, center and zoom"
