"Registerplugin failed: SecurityError: Error #2010" in Chrome

I am creating plugin for interacting with KRPano by Leap Motion (SWF-version).
When I open my tour in Chrome, i am getting error in console:

WARNING: Locally not trusted - External Interface NOT available!
ERROR: registerplugin failed: SecurityError: Error #2010

Of course, plugin is not working after this.

But when i open my tour in other browser (checked Opera 12 and Firefox), everthing is fine and plugin starts.
What is problem with this Chrome?

Just fixed it by this way Chrome - ExternalInterface disabled - Global Security Settings panel not working
And so I have new question: how can I do it remotely by krpano only, without interactiong with client browser. Or what exactly is the reason of this error?
