Show only a part to right and to left

Can someone point me in the right direction.

I have a few full 360 tours but I have a portion I do not want to show (Cut out) what command do I use to stop it at point A (on the left) and stop it at point B (to the right)?

I was playing around with that right after I posted this and I got it to restrict a certain section but I cannot seem to figure out how to point it to the section I really want to hide.
It does hide a portion of the tour, but I cannot tell what particular section.

I Got it, I just had to play with the man/max values until I got the section I wanted.
