How do I upload to server?

Yes. Use FTP to upload all tour files to your server.
You have on your server /public_html/ folder. There you can open /somename/ folder and you can store all your files there.
Let's say you use default file names (tour.html, tour.xml....)
At the end your tour should be online available on h t t p://http://www.domainname.com/somename/tour.html (added spaces in http so that forum doesn't make URL out of the dummy link)

In general same as you would do with any other web page (no CMS involved). There are other ways but generally that is the basics.
