Hi,
I'm getting a very strange output, monotone tiles with big black areas and strange 'pinches' on my mac.
Any ideas?
EDIT: Seems to be just this tif that's doing it. Works fine if I make it a JPEG beforehand or use other tifs. Hmmm.

Hi,
What version of kmakemultires are you using? Are you input images cubic or spherical?
My workflow is to convert spherical .tif to cubic .tif, and then drag the cubefaces over onto the kmakemultires droplet. I usually use the older krpanotools 1.0.6.1. Had some funkiness happen myself with the 1.0.8 beta 8 krpanotools.
I have found that using TIFF with the "per channel" pixel order on large panoramas (mine was 3.4Gb) stops kmakemultires with the "Segmentation error" while making tiles.
did you by accident keep the colorprofile inside the picture??? don't!

TIFFs larger than 2GB don't work in the current version,
but in the next release (beta 9) they will work,
then TIFFs up to 4GB are possible,
best regards,
Klaus
