gyro support

is it at all possible to get panning to work with the gyro inside an iphone? the app tourwrist had this capability. you can just hold your phone in front of you if you want to look up you move your phone above your head, want to look left move your arm to the left. it is almost like you are looking through a window using your iphone looking into another world. could that be done with krpano?

Hi Klaus,
Is it something you plan to develop?

Hi,

as long as the safari browser on the iPhone or iPad doesn't provide any interface to get informations about the gyro or compass I can't develop anything for or with it,

best regards,
Klaus

Yes this is great news and it actually was included in iOS 4.2
Explanations available here.
Official Safari development support pages here and there.
