Necessary possibility of the addition of films in 3d

We have the question if the possibility of the addition will come into being to the panorama of the film 3d. Passed examples:

Is this necessary for the development of the technology the possibility. Many firms already use this possibility:

Krpano has huge possibilities. He will stay us only FPP and DEVALVR without this possibility.

Will this option be possible?

It's already possible, just import the swf/flv.
Thing's will get interesting when you work with alpha and superimposing...

btw, '3D video' is a rather vague term.

We do not know if we understood each other exactly. The option of placing 3d is well-known to us from the beginning of our workings in Krpano perfectly. He is simply useless in this function.
He depends us on location of the film in the plane of the panorama so, it really was he placed in the plane 3d. The change of angles and perspective e.g. on the plane of the monitor (first link). One can now place this on the principle in Krpano spot but swf is displayed in 2d (monitor plane).

In this wersion Krpano is not possible.

Important!
Our post is in the section "Feature Requests" and is not exerting pressure or calling out the discussion. He is the request about new function in Krpano. Thats all *unsure*

Nobody until now here asked about this in this section.
There is no necessity enough this worked in Krpano. It was well, but there are different solutions. We until now used with the success DevalVR.

The link was mainly for others since there appeared to be some confusion *confused* or a misunderstanding with the original question / post.

Your additional post with examples should also help others understand what it is you are requesting... and comment to support the request.

I also wanted to simply point out that the feature has been brought up. Posting it here in the feature request will hopefully bring it some more attention.

Hi,

I'm doing just one step after the other

the 1.0.8 viewer and the tools get more and more ready every day,
and I want to finish the this version and the current planned features before starting new ones,

when I would start now with 3D distorted hotspots and videoplayers,
then this version would be delayed even more..

it's difficult to say a date here, sometimes some parts which seems to
can be done very quick need much more time then estimated, and some
other parts which seems long work can be done very quick, so ...

Software development is a notoriously unpredictable thing. You are absolutely right not to let new things slip into the current development cycle specifications... that way lies disaster.

I am *really* looking forward to seeing 1.0.8 finished. I too would jump at the ability to embed warping video clips in KRPano productions, but not at the expense of delaying the 1.0.8 things that are currently almost done. (They are almost done, right? ;-)

I assume the same will be true for the functionality in krpano - meaning that it is currently not possible to distort realtime streaming videos because this requires too much processing power, or....?

Hi, I haven't worked with an Flash Media Server and streaming video yet,
but I don't think it's performance problem,
maybe there is a security limitation that prevents rendering the video to a bitmap
(what is needed for distorting) or a special/different connection process is needed...
I will tell you when I know more about this topic
